With her 50th Birthday looming, Nikki came to me with the goal of getting back to a size 10 and generally wanting to feel happier in herself. She felt that since Lockdown and working from home, her activity levels had dropped and daytime snacking had become the norm. Now back in the office with the big birthday and some much needed holidays coming up this year she signed up for Personal Training Sessions with KC Coaching.

In addition to her resistance training sessions designed for her specific goals, Nikki was given a personalised calorie allowance, support and advice with regards to her diet and nutrition, and the suggestion to increase her day to day activity with a step goal. With guidance on navigating social events Nikki has been able to enjoy meals out, nights away, parties etc, whilst continuing to work towards her goals.

Nikki's PT Sessions have predominately been resistance training (strength training with weights) where she has made fantastic progress and really pushes herself. All programmes are designed with Nikki's specific goals in mind, making sure she enjoys all the exercises and can easily see how she is progressing.

​

It has been a pleasure to see Nikki get stronger and more confident. She has lost 16lb and 28cm across her body, so far, and as you can see, her body shape has changed significantly in 10 weeks! I'm looking forward to continuing to coach Nikki and seeing where the next training cycle takes her.

I’ve absolutely loved the first week... I’ve had everything to eat and drink that I’ve wanted . So blooming brilliant. I’ve planned my meals and snacks for this week.. and I’ve had a 4lb weight loss which I’m over the moon about.

Loved my first week! The coaching was very clear and concise. I followed the goals set and was really pleased with the first weeks weigh in. There is no food off limits as long as you log everything ! Kirsten's daily feedback made me remained focused ! Here’s to the first steps towards a new me.

Thank you so much for your guidance and help with mindfulness...in the 4 weeks I have been with you I have lost a total of 8lb . I have eaten everything that I have wanted and have enjoyed every meal that I have had.

I’ve had wine , takeaways and cake.. oh and also an afternoon tea.. you have given me a total different outlook on food , knowing that I don’t have to cut food or drinks from my daily intake... everything is allowed ... Thank you so much for helping me see that no food or drink is off limits xx

Kirsten has been weightloss coaching me for weeks and I decided to get out my comfort zone and start doing some personal training with her. WOW, I didn’t feel uncomfortable, she encouraged me all the way. I used the word “cannot” a few times but with her help I could! I really cannot wait for my next session!

Personal training with Kirsten is lots of fun and a great workout!

I was not in a good head space this morning …. but I went to my PT session and after talking things through we had a great session and I smashed my Plank personal best!

Just a quick note to say that this weekend I reached my goal of

9 stone 7 pound!!

I’ve lost 9 pound since I started. 

Feeling great and back into my old clothes!
