Fitness Coaching

One To One Personal Training

Using a wide variety of training disciplines, I will help you achieve your personal fitness goals. Whether that be learning the basics, losing weight, gaining muscle, improving your mobility or training for an event. I will provide a training plan designed just for you, that  evolves and progresses on your journey to becoming fitter, stronger and healthier. Sessions will be positive, motivating and fun.

Personal training sessions can take place at the KC Coaching mini gym, at your home or in a public park.

What To Expect

After an initial consultation where we discuss your goals and aspirations, exercise history, current activity levels, lifestyle etc you will receive your personalised calorie plan and macro guide.

During your first training session I will record your weight, take body measurements and perform some simple fitness tests to give us a starting point to work from.

Each training session will be tailored to your personal goals and will be fun, informative, focused and dynamic.

Personal training sessions can take place at the KC Coaching mini gym, at your home or in a public park.

Please note that there will be limitations to the variety of your training programme if training takes place in your home or in a public park.

KC Classes

Whether you want to improve your general fitness and wellbeing, lose a few pounds, boost your confidence or just meet some new people, come and exercise with me at a KC Class.

​

Classes include a wide variety of training disciplines and are

non-military, friendly, varied, outdoor workouts. I will challenge and motivate you, whatever your fitness level, in a positive and supportive environment.  

​

Classes are held weekly in the park in Fortune Way, Bassingbourn on Wednesdays at 10am.
